As mentioned this is very rich. I think 6 oz is a generous portion. For a small dessert 4 oz works great!

To the oat milk stir in the sugar, corn starch, cocoa, vanilla and salt. Place on medium low heat and mix until it starts to simmer, preventing lumps from forming.
Finely chop or shave the chocolate. Add to the simmering milk mixture and mix to avoid lumps. Allow to simmer then remove from the heat.
Serve while hot.
