Banana Bread

Banana bread is my favorite way to use up extra bananas. This banana bread recipe makes the most perfect banana bread that is moist, nutty and delicious! Unlike other recipes, I find you can get a perfectly moist bread without having to add yogurt or sour-cream. The key is adding extra banana, I mean it is banana bread after-all!

If you don't have a loaf pan you can turn this recipe into the most amazing muffins!

I am torn on what is the best nut to use. I find myself going back and forth with pecan and walnuts. Either is a great choice in my opinion.

This banana bread needs nothing else added, however a healthy spread of Nutella or drizzle of honey are what dreams are made of.
