Lime Sour Soda Fountain Drink

One of the most refreshing summer drinks is the Lime Sour that was popularized by Chapman's Drugs in Hapeville Georgia. The combination of carbonated water, lime and a pinch of salt truly makes this a refreshing and cooling summer drink.

For the crushed ice I often use KitchenAid Shave Ice attachment. However, any crushed or shave ice works. If I do not feel like getting out the attachment I put ice in a large ziplock bag and beat it with a heave rolling pin until the ice is thin.
