Description

Simple pan roasted asparagus with parmesan cheese. 

Ingredients
  • 1 lb Asparagus
  • 2 tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
Instructions
  1. Cook the Asparagus

    Rinse and pat dry the asparagus. Place in a dry pan over medium-high heat for 3 minutes with salt and pepper. Flip the asparagus over and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.  Add a tablespoon of olive oil and cheese and cook for another 2 minutes or until tender.
