Homemade bread is one of the simple pleasures in life. There is nothing better than cutting into a fresh loaf of bread and enjoying it still warm with butter!
This is my basic recipe for sourdough bread and the base for many variations, such as whole wheat, semolina etc. If you don’t currently have a starter now is a great time to start one and enjoy fresh baked bread.
