If you are looking for an authentic New Orleans creole cajun jambalaya look no further! This recipe comes complements of a family friend who grew up in the heart of New Orleans. It is spicy, well seasoned and perfectly balanced.

While it takes some time to bake, this truly is a quick and easy recipe. I like to bake it in the oven but it works perfectly well in a slow cooker or crockpot.
