Sometimes being an adult you want nothing more than chicken nuggets. This recipe uses the classic, almost chicken soup like, flavor we remember from childhood. The secret ingredient, chicken bouillon!
The type of ground chicken is important for this recipe. You want a fresh ground chicken, one that is more wet. This will allow for the juiciest nuggets. If you can only find ground chicken that is more on the dry end, add a tablespoon of water.
How to make shaped chicken nuggets? Whether you want dino or bunny shaped, making shaped nuggets is simple! Once the chicken is mixed place it on a parchment lined baking sheet. Make sure it is as thin as you want the nuggets. Place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. Remove and cut by hand or with a cookie cutter. Proceed to the next steps as normal.
Make this recipe your own! Add other spices, or even ground veggies to get in an extra serving for the kids!
This recipe makes 25-30 chicken nuggets.
