Buttermilk fried chicken is an American classic. This is a spicy version that is crispy, juicy and delicious! You can customize the seasoning to your taste and make it your own.
Buttermilk tenderizes the chicken and adds a lovely tangy flavor. For best results it is best to let the chicken marinate overnight. Not only does it give the chicken time to absorb all the flavors, it also makes making it the next day super easy and quick!
These chicken tenders are also fantastic on a toasted bun with pickles and hot sauce!
